Laftel is an internet-based digital content streaming service, so various factors such as your device specifications, network environment, and service provider can affect your viewing experience. These factors might cause buffering, connection errors, slow loading, skipping, or poor video quality.
To address these issues, please follow the steps below in order.

Check Supported Android Devices
To use Laftel app, Apple iPhones and iPads must have iOS 14.0 or later installed. Please check if the iOS version on your Apple device meets the requirements, and if you're not using the latest version, please update your iOS.

Reboot Your iPhone and iPad
Restarting your device can often resolve temporary issues.
- Restarting iPhone: Depending on your model, either press and hold the side button and either volume button until the power off slider appears, then drag the slider, or go to Settings > General > Shut Down.

Restarting iPad: Hold the top button until the power off slider appears, then drag the slider, or go to Settings > General > Shut Down.

Uninstall and Reinstall Laftel App
If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling Laftel app from the App Store.

Connect to a Different Network
If you’re using Wi-Fi, try connecting to another Wi-Fi network or switch to LTE/5G to see if the issue persists.

Update Router Firmware
If you’re using Wi-Fi, try updating your router’s firmware, then check if the issue is resolved.

Enable Automatic Date and Time
Open the Settings app on your device, go to General > Date & Time, and enable the 'Set Automatically' option.

Reset Network Settings
Resetting network settings can often resolve connectivity issues. To do this:
- Open the Settings app and go to General.
- Tap on ‘Transfer or Reset iPhone’ or ‘Transfer or Reset iPad’.
- Tap on ‘Reset’, then select ‘Reset Network Settings’.
- Confirm the reset.
※ Note: This will reset all Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN settings, and APN settings on your device.
