Log in to Laftel

You need to create a Laftel account before you can log in. If you need assistance with signing up for Laftel, please refer to this help.

If you already have a Laftel account, follow the steps below to log in:

1. Open Laftel app.

2. Tap [Me] at the bottom then tap ‘Login’.

3. Log in using the same method you used when signing up.

Option 1: Log in with Email

1. Tap [Continue with email].

2. Enter your email address, then tap ‘Next’.

3. Enter your password, then tap ‘Login’.

   • If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it. Refer to this help.

Option 2: Log in with Google or Apple

1. Tap [Continue with Google] or [Continue with Apple].

2. You’ll be taken to Google or Apple to continue.

3. Enter your login details and complete the process.

4. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be taken back to Laftel. 

※ Note:

• Each account is tied to a single login method.

• The same email address cannot be used to sign up with multiple methods.

• If you signed up with your email, you’ll need to keep signing in that way.

• If you sign up with Google or Apple, be sure to continue using the same option.
