Only accounts created with an email address can change or reset their password on Laftel.
If you signed up using a Google or Apple account, please continue logging in with the same service—there’s no password to manage.
How to Change Your Password
If you know your current password and can log in to Laftel but want to change it, follow the steps below to update your password.
- Open Laftel app.
- Tap [Me] at the bottom.
- Tap your profile at the top then select ‘Change Password’.
- Enter the current password.
- Enter a new password.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least two of the following: letters, numbers, or special characters.
- Tap ‘Done’.
How to Reset Your Password
If you can't log in to Laftel or don't remember your password, follow the steps below to reset it.
- Open Laftel app.
- Tap [Me] at the bottom then tap ‘Login’.
- Enter your email address, then tap ‘Next’.
- Tap ‘Forgot password?’.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address then tap ‘Confirm’.
- Ensure the verification email hasn't been marked as spam or moved to your trash folder. If necessary, you can resend a new verification email.
- Use the verification code from the most recent email, as all previous codes will expire once you tap the [Resend Verification Code] button.

- Enter a new password then tap ‘Done’.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least two of the following: letters, numbers, or special characters.
