If the payment failed or was declined, it is usually due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete billing information
- Expired payment method
- Insufficient balance on a debit card or a rejected credit card
- Lost or stolen payment methods
If you want to know why a debit card, credit card, or other payment method was declined, please contact your financial institution. Google and Apple don't have information about why the payment method was declined.
