| Free Trial | (New Addition) | 1. The Company may provide a free trial of the Laftel Premium subscription to Members who register for the Laftel Premium for the first time. The free trial is limited to 1 (one) time per account. 2. Unless the Member cancels before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a Laftel Premium recurring subscription, and the registered payment method will be charged accordingly. 3. The free trial is offered only for a limited period of time, and the applicable duration will be displayed within the Service, or on the relevant app marketplace page, if obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 4. Free trial eligibility, availability, and duration may vary depending on factors such as the Member’s country, region, platform, account history, or applicable app store policies, and may also be subject to other criteria as determined by the Company at its sole discretion. 5. When the free trial is obtained through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the relevant store’s terms and policies (including eligibility, trial duration, renewal, cancellation, and billing) shall apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the store’s policies will prevail. 6. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue the availability, timing, duration, eligibility, or conditions of the free trial. 7. The scope of content available during the free trial may differ from that offered under a paid subscription. Certain content may be excluded due to copyright restrictions, licensing agreements, or other contractual reasons. 8. If the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent or abusive use of the free trial (including, without limitation, repeated applications by the same user or the creation of abnormal accounts), the Company may restrict the provision of the free trial or suspend the Member’s eligibility for future promotional benefits or Service access. |
