If you subscribed to Laftel Premium through Google Play in-app purchase on the Android app, your membership will be applied only after Google successfully completes the payment authorization process.
However, there may be a slight delay in this process, and Premium may not be applied immediately.
Step 1: Restore Your Purchase on the Laftel App
- Open the Laftel app on your Android device.
- Tap [Me] at the bottom.
- Select [Go Premium].
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap [Restore] under Already purchased Premium?
※ If you see the message “No purchases to restore”, please check that you’re signed into the Google Play app with the same Google account you used when purchasing. Then, try restoring again.

Step 2: Cancel and Resubscribe via Google Play
If restoring does not work and Premium is still not applied, we recommend canceling the subscription and subscribing again.
You can request a refund through Google Play to cancel the current subscription.
- On your Android device, go to Google Play Subscriptions.
- Select 'Laftel' from the list.
- Tap [Cancel Subscription].
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
