If you subscribed to Laftel Premium via the App Store in-app purchase on your iOS device, your membership will be applied once Apple completes the payment authorization.
However, due to possible delays in Apple’s processing, Premium may not be applied immediately after payment.
Step 1: Make Sure You’re Signed in with the Correct Apple ID
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Check that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the Laftel Premium purchase.
- If you’re signed in with a different account, tap [Sign in with Apple ID] and log in with the correct one.
Step 2: Update the Laftel App to the Latest Version
- Open the Laftel app on your iPhone.
- Tap [Me] at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap [Version] > [Update Now].
- After updating, completely close and restart the app.
Step 3: Restore Your Purchase on the Laftel App
- Launch the updated Laftel app on your iPhone.
- Tap [Me] at the bottom.
- Select [Go Premium].
- Scroll all the way down.
- Tap [Restore] under “Already purchased Premium?”
Step 4: Request a Refund and Resubscribe
If Premium is still not applied after completing all the steps above, there may have been an issue with Apple’s billing system.
In that case, please contact Apple Support to request a refund.
