I forgot my password

If you’re unable to log in to Laftel or can’t remember your password, you can reset your password by following the steps below:

Web Browser

1. Go to laftel.tv
2. Click 'Log In / Sign Up'.
3. Choose [Log in with Email]
4. Enter your email address, then click [Next].
5. Click ‘Forgot password?’.
6. Enter the verification code sent to your email address then tap ‘Confirm’.
   • Ensure the verification email hasn't been marked as spam or moved to your trash folder. If necessary, you can resend a new verification email.
   • Use the verification code from the most recent email, as all previous codes will expire once you tap the [Resend Verification Code] button.
   • If you didn’t receive the email containing the verification code, please refer to this help.
7. Enter a new password then tap ‘Done’.
   • Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include at least two of the following: letters, numbers, or special characters.

Android & iOS App

1. Open Laftel app.
2. Tap [Me] at the bottom then tap ‘Login’.
3. Enter your email address, then tap ‘Next’.
4. Tap ‘Forgot password?’.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email address then tap ‘Confirm’.
   • Ensure the verification email hasn't been marked as spam or moved to your trash folder. If necessary, you can resend a new verification email.
