If you’re unable to log in to Laftel or can’t remember your password, you can reset your password by following the steps below:
- Open Laftel app.
- Tap [Me] at the bottom then tap ‘Login’.
- Tap [Continue with email].
- Enter your email address, then tap ‘Next’.
- Tap ‘Forgot your password’.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address then tap ‘Confirm’.
- Ensure the verification email hasn't been marked as spam or moved to your trash folder. If necessary, you can resend a new verification email.
- Use the verification code from the most recent email, as all previous codes will expire once you tap the "Resend Verification Code" button.
- If you didn’t receive the email containing the verification code, please refer to this help.
- Enter a new password then tap ‘Done’.
- Password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least two of the following: letters, numbers, or special characters.
