If you’re having trouble signing in to your Laftel account, don’t worry! Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve common issues:
Sign Up for Laftel First
- Check if you’ve signed up: If the email address you entered on the login screen was not used to sign up for Laftel, you will be redirected to the sign-up screen.

Complete the sign-up process: If you started signing up but didn’t finish the process, your Laftel account might not have been created. You need to verify your email address to complete the account creation.
- Ensure the verification email hasn't been marked as spam or moved to your trash folder. If necessary, you can resend a new verification email.

The password does not match
- Check password requirements: Ensure that the password you’ve entered meets the Laftel Account password criteria. A valid password must be at least 8 characters long, include at least two of the following: letters, numbers, or special characters, and contain no spaces.
- Double-check your password: Passwords are case-sensitive, so be mindful of capital letters. Also, check if the Caps Lock key is accidentally turned on, as this could cause issues when entering your password.
- Forgot Your Password?: If you can’t remember your password, simply tap the ‘Forgot Password’ button on login screen to reset it. Once reset, try logging in again. Here’s instructions on how to reset password.
Unsuccessful Login Attempts
- Temporary Lockout: After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your account might be temporarily locked for security reasons. This is a precaution to protect your account. If this happens, wait a few minutes before trying again. During this time, you can also reset your password to ensure you’re using the correct credentials.
