To address these issues, please follow the steps below in order:

Check Supported Android Devices
To use Laftel app, your Android smartphone or tablet must have Android OS 8.0 or later installed. Please check if the Android version on your mobile device meets the requirements, and if you're not using the latest version, please update your Android OS.
※ Note:
- You may not be able to download the Laftel app from the Google Play Store if your device is rooted or uses a modified version of the Android OS. Due to changes in the operating system, system settings, or certification status of rooted or modified devices, the Laftel app may not function properly.
- Laftel officially supports use on Google Play certified devices. If your device is not on the certified list, you may experience service limitations. For more details, Check the [Google Play Certified Device List].
- All content on Laftel is officially licensed from copyright holders and protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM). For smooth playback, your device must be DRM-compatible. If your device does not meet these requirements, you may experience playback issues.

Clear Laftel App Cache and Data
Open the Settings app on your device, navigate to Applications or Apps > Laftel > Storage, and select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
