Laftel is an internet-based digital content streaming service, so various factors such as your device specifications, network environment, and service provider can affect your viewing experience. These factors might cause buffering, connection errors, slow loading, skipping, or poor video quality.
To address these issues, please follow the steps below in order:

Check Supported Devices
To watch Laftel on the Apple Safari web browser, your Mac computer must have macOS 12.0 or later installed.
Check if the macOS version of your Mac computer meets the requirement, and if you are not using the latest version, check for macOS updates.

Set Date and Time to Automatic
Playback issues may occur due to time synchronization errors on your computer or time setting errors on the synchronization server. You can resolve the issue by synchronizing the time to the current moment using the settings below.
- On your Mac, select Apple menu > System Settings.
- Go to General > Date & Time.
- Enable ‘Set date and time automatically,’ then click Settings, press [Default], and click [Done].
- Enable ‘Set time zone automatically using current location.’

Check if Safari Browser is the Latest Version
Updating the OS version of your Mac computer will also update Safari.
For the best experience, it is recommended to keep your Mac computer’s macOS version up to date.

Clear Cookies and Cache Data in Safari Browser
- Select [Safari] at the top left corner of the browser.
- Select [Settings].
- Select the [Privacy] tab in the top menu bar.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click [Remove All].

Clear Browsing History in Safari Browser
- Select [Safari] at the top left corner of the browser.
- Select [Clear History…].
- Choose [all history] from the dropdown menu.
- Select [Clear History] to confirm.

Turn Off Private Mode in Safari Browser
- Select [Safari] at the top left corner of the browser.
- Select [Settings].
- Select the [General] tab in the top menu bar.
- Under “Safari opens with,” select ‘new window.’
- Close the Settings window to save the new settings.

iCloud Private Relay is a feature available to iCloud+ subscribers that hides your actual IP address and uses a temporary IP address provided by Apple. This may cause playback issues because you are connecting via a bypass route. Try disabling iCloud Private Relay and then attempt playback again.

Connect to a Different Network
If you are connected to Wi-Fi, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or LTE/5G and attempt playback.

Update Router Firmware
If you are connected to Wi-Fi, try updating your router’s firmware and then attempt playback.
