Laftel is an internet-based digital content streaming service, so various factors such as your device specifications, network environment, and service provider can affect your viewing experience. These factors might cause buffering, connection errors, slow loading, skipping, or poor video quality.
To address these issues, please follow the steps below in order:
-
Disconnect VPN or Proxy Server
If you are using a VPN or proxy server, please disconnect it and then try playing again.
VPNs encrypt data and use detour routes which can reduce network speed. Turning off the VPN allows a direct connection, which can improve speed and performance.
Proxy servers process data in between, which can reduce network speed. Disabling the proxy server allows data to be transmitted directly, improving speed and streaming performance.
